*Dr. Dinesh Keskar - President of Boeing India and vice president of Boeing International.

Dr. Keskar was appointed vice president of Boeing International and president of Boeing India in March 2009. He is responsible for representing the entire enterprise and for leading Boeing-wide efforts focused on expanding the company’s local presence and pursuing new growth and productivity initiatives in India. He is based in New Delhi and reports to Shep Hill, president of Boeing International.
 
       
 
*Mr. Pummy Chicker - General Manager (Corporate & Business Development), Nova Integrated Systems Ltd., a Joint Venture between the TATA Group and Israel Aerospace Industries(IAI) with focus on design, development and production of advanced Radars, Missiles, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles and Homeland Security Systems. Mr Chicker is a Marketing and Business Development professional with over 24 years of experience. He has worked in the role of business operations, project management and new technology introductions with leading companies in the area Defense, Aviation, Automobile, Oil & Gas and Power sectors.

Gregory M. Suchan, Former Deputy Assistant Secretary of State, Bureau of Political-Military Affairs

Gregory Suchan has briefed Indian audiences (government and business entities) on US defense trade controls at the request of the Indian Ministry of External Affairs. Mr. Suchan became Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Defense Trade in the Bureau of Political Military Affairs in August 2003. His direct responsibilities included supervision of the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (PM/DDTC) which licenses all exports of defense articles and services by US companies.

Mr. Suchan was a Deputy Assistant Secretary in the Bureau of Political Military Affairs from May 1, 2000. For two years after the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, Mr. Suchan was engaged full-time on foreign policy activities in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom, including managing the multinational coalition for OEF and OIF and obtaining base access for U.S. and coalition forces.

Mr. Suchan has been a Foreign Service Officer since January 1973, beginning his career as an export promotion officer in Mexico and London. He has served previously in the Bureau of Political-Military Affairs' offices dealing with nuclear nonproliferation and strategic nuclear policy. He also served at the U.S. Mission to NATO (1983-85) and was political-military officer at the U.S. Embassy in Islamabad (1987-89). From 1985 to 1987, Mr. Suchan was the senior State Department representative on the Defense and Space Negotiating Group in Geneva, negotiating with the Soviets on issues related to ballistic missile defense and the ABM Treaty. From 1990-94, Mr. Suchan was Counselor for Political Affairs at the U.S. Embassy in Copenhagen. In the period 1996-97, Mr. Suchan spent a year on the staff of Senator John McCain.

From 1997 to his appointment as Deputy Assistant Secretary, Mr. Suchan was Director of offices in the Political Military Bureau responsible for arms transfers, export controls and regional security.

 
       
 
Suzanne Palmer - Former U.S. State Department Official and Licensing Officer President, Export Compliance Solutions LLC

Suzanne Palmer, President, Export Compliance Solutions LLC, has over 20 years’ experience with the State Department and the defense industry working on export-related issues. As a former licensing officer at the State Department, Ms. Palmer handled a variety of USML categories and then moved over to the defense industry, where she interpreted and applied U.S. export control laws, including licensing, training, and ITAR compliance. Ms. Palmer has conducted intensive training sessions both inside and outside the federal government and has intimate knowledge of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). She has developed ITAR Basics, Intermediate, and Advanced training seminars that are offered every 8 weeks in several U.S. cities.
 
       
 
Patricia Dudley - Former U.S. State Department Official and Licensing Officer - Office of Defense Trade Controls

Patricia Dudley has more than 14 years’ experience with the U.S. Department of State, serving three Secretaries of State. As a licensing officer specializing in USML categories VIII, XI, and XII, Ms Dudley averaged more than 350 cases a month. Following her departure from the State Department, Ms. Dudley went to Intelsat, the world’s second largest satellite owner/operator. Her duties there included implementing policies and procedures for export compliance, assuring due diligence process for international agents, and serving as Intelsat’s primary liaison to U.S. Government executive agencies.
