R. Senthil kumar, aged 36 years, is a Senior Vice President working for HDFC Bank Limited. He possesses a vast amount of experience of around 15 years and has immense knowledge in the Financial Services Sector. He has graduated with a B.Sc, MFM.

Inundated with positive energy, he leads the Emerging Corporate Group in HDFC Bank for the Southern Region. Within a short span of time, he was instrumental in building up a balance sheet size from scratch to $ 1 billion. He believes in Leadership through innovation, strategic development and people–oriented managerial skills. Apart from heading ECG (South), he has also been given the additional responsibility for heading the Healthcare Division in HDFC Bank, and is now a National Sales Head. He has changed the focus of the bank from a mere medical equipment financier to providing comprehensive End-to-End solutions for the Health care industry in terms of Working Capital, Term loans, Financing Doctors, Securitisation of receivables, etc.
