Ashok Kumar Kakkar is the Vice President, Government Relations & Customer Solutions for GE Healthcare, South Asia.
Ashok possesses work experience spanning over two decades in the healthcare industry with roles in sales, marketing, project management, customer service and logistics. His strengths include innovative & strategic leadership, commitment to talent development, and customer partnerships. He joined GE Healthcare in 2001 as General Manager, Customer Service. He has championed instituting customer loyalty programs raising the customer service standards, and was in charge of maintaining 30000+ critical healthcare equipments spread across the country. Ashok is currently in the role of developing relationship with Government institutions and creating innovative solutions to expand quality healthcare access to a wider population. Ashok spearheads the public private partnership initiative of GE Healthcare in India.

Ashok is an electronics engineer with an MBA in technology management from Deakin University, Australia. He is Green Belt Certified. His interests are reading, music, reiki, dramatics, and spirituality.
